NaNoWriMo has been over and I keep waking up at 5:30. Guess that means I should write something.

Where is the iOS 4.2 update?

Most people gain an hour with daylight savings. Me, I get about 20 minutes.

Gonna make the most of my 10/10/10.

Feeling much better now that Dropbox is working again.

On a field trip bus. Can't seem to shake the song "Highway to Hell."

Straight Talk: Any woman who ever thought one man wasn't enough never had a (male)house guest for two months.

Anybody else hooked on Trader Joe's Duchess Grey Tea? Pretty darn good for a bag tea.

I just downloaded Pong on my iPad...and after all these years, I still stink.

Distance

TV script has proved to be a good distraction from my book. I am slowing down and seeing more nuances in my characters. It's like we're drinking a pot of coffee across the table from one another vs me just looking at a photograph of them and trying to write them. The distance from the story has broadened my scope in a good way.

Feel like I should be writing something. Two days of planning and a treatment draft to show for it. It's not entirely off the mark, but not thorough enough. I knew there would be holes. Lots left to do. This will be a fun project I'd I can learn as I go.

Kids played adults in soccer this morning. 1st game. That's a game for new energy. Mine is sputtering right now. Fun, though.

For some reason, I enjoy my virtual fish much more than I would a real one. Perhaps it's because I don't have to clean the tank.

Too many todos

I have made todo app obsession my past time today. My sister swears by ToDo - and I respect her opinion about EVERYTHING. But I have recently become fond of Toodledo because (I got it for free &) it syncs better than anything. Even ToDo syncs with Toodledo.

But... I do like ToDo for iPad. Could be cuter, but the UI is very nice. Worth the sale price. I have to say, I bought it to hoard. I could get turned on to it later, but I definitely wouldn't buy it for $9.99.

Ape plays with DS

Most people would have kept it. But an ape found a DS in his enclosure, played with it and threw it back.

Just plain sick.

Some guy almost had his cat for dinner. Thank goodness for traffic lights.

I've written two checks this morning. On both I've had the urge to write "iPhone 4 preorder" for the date.

Just did Sugar Hill Gang's "Rapper's Delight" before putting kids to bed. I still got it - well most of it.

My oldest turned 10 on Friday- a day of firsts: first Whitey's malt; when asked if she was hungry, 1st utterance of "No, but I could eat."

#amwriting Haven't figured out yet how to write AND tweet. I'm etither on or off. Any tips?

Must stop changing finder window backgrounds. Beginning to obsess. Never thought about them when they were just white.

Still jittery from killing off "my" character in story today. Hit by a car.

2001 - the birth year of my second child and the number if unread emails in my gmail box.

Can't wait to read comic books on iPad. As a reader, it eats Kindle's lunch & then some. So what goes 1st? Music lessons for 2 or TKD for 6?

The problem with teaching your 4yr old how 2 use your Mac is that he logs U out while UR updating your iTunes library.
